• Investcorp AI Acquisition Corp (IVCA) announced a deal to acquire Bigtincan (ASX:BTH), a software development group focused on the sales enablement and engagement market. The company seeks to raise up to a $25mm PIPE and $25mm in debt in connection with the deal, which reflects an equity value of $275mm.

• DT Cloud Acquisition Corporation (DYCQ) announced a deal to acquire Maius, a biopharmaceutical company focusing on the research and development of formulations and targeted small-molecule chemical drug candidates. The deal reflects an equity value of $250mm and is expected to close in 1H 2025.

• Flag Ship Acquisition Corp (FSHP) announced a deal to acquire Great Rich Technologies Limited (KOSDAQ: 900290) and GRT Merger Star Limited. FSHP shareholders will receive American Depositary Shares of GRT and FSHP will be merged into GRT Merger Star Limited. No closing timeline was given.

• Spark I Acquisition Corp (SPKL) signed an LOI with Kneron Holding Corporation, a leading provider of full stack edge artificial intelligence solutions based in San Diego, California. SPKL has also signed an LOI with a company in hospitality SaaS, though SPKL intends to prioritize its negotiations with Kneron.
