  • JVSPAC Acquisition Corp. (JVSA) announced a deal to acquire Hotel101, a hotel prop-tech operator pioneering a globally standardized, asset-light "condotel" business model. Hotel101 is a subsidiary of Philippine-listed investment company DoubleDragon Corporation (PSE: DD). The deal reflects an equity value of $2.3bn and is expected to close in H2 2024.

  • Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I (BCSA) announced a deal to acquire Linqto, a global financial technology investment platform allowing accredited investors to identify, evaluate, and make liquid investments in the world's leading unicorns and private companies. The deal reflects an enterprise value of $700mm and is expected to close in 2H 2024.
